The Eveil Network is led by the Citizens of the Earth, a non-profit organisation. The mission of the Citizens NGO consists in defining and coordinating the activities of the network, as a follow-up to a meeting with the executive committee in charge of the territorial development of the network.
Citizens of the Earth also brings along technical and pedagogical skills in order to reach the network's objectives.u. |

The affiliated technical partners |

The technical partners are individuals or organisations with the capacity to bring their specific skills to work on the various standards of responsible tourism and leisure activities.
They can respond to the professionals of the tourism sector who need partnership in their approach to initiate their professional responsible practice.

By signing the charter of the Eveil network, the technical partners subscribe to the values advocated by Citizens of the Earth concerning responsible tourism and leisure activities.

The technical partners affiliate as members of the Citizens of the Earth organisation and contribute to the activities of the Organisation through the working committee (working group) EVEIL. This committee gives counselling and recommendations to the Board of Directors and suggests new programmes for the Network.
According to their professional fields, the technical partners participate into the projects and activities of the Eveil Network programs. They can also be consulted regarding the affiliation of new members to the Eveil Network. |

The institutional partners |

The institutional or governmental partners are local authorities, regional and decentralised State agencies or technical services of the central and local governmental administrations.
The institutional partners work as a relay of the Eveil Network activities in their jurisdiction. They participate in the working meetings dealing with a specific activity taking place in their jurisdiction. |

The beneficiary members |
|
|
| The beneficiary members of the Eveil Network are professionals of the tourism and leisure sector whose activity or head office is in the PACA area. |
They affiliate to the Eveil Network through the non-profit organisation Citizens of the Earth and commit themselves to: |

Respect and sign up the charter of the Eveil Network |
|
Implement procedures of improvement of their professional practices through an annual program (on the basis of two priority actions to implement in their activity, which are to be defined with the Eveil project managers) |

Once they have paid the annual fee decided by the Board of Directors of Citizens of the Earth, they will receive the following benefits: |

promotion of their organisation and/or company along with the responsible practices that have been implemented |
|
access to the resources and means of the Network (skills, experiences, technical and educational tools) |
|
link to other tourism professionals who have implemented responsible practices in their local activities |
|
The responsible practices of the members of the Eveil Network will be evaluated each year by the project managers, along with the technical members if necessary.
This evaluation enables members to go ahead in the procedure of continuous improvement of the member's activity and to suggest possible corrections or modifications. |
